Mitsubishi RD70HVF1C RF MosFET, N Ch 12.5v 70W on 175MHz, 50W on 520MHz, Gain 10.6 / 7dB Ceramic. These transistors are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes up to 520MHz by adjusting the bias voltage.
Even though these are specified as for VHF / UHF, they are used as the finals in the Icom IC-7300.
