Payment Options

Payment options available in the checkout depend on the country that you are resident in.

This website accepts payments using Paypal, Credit Cards through Paypal, and Direct Bank Deposit (Select in the Checkout).  You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal.

When using Paypal or Credit Cards, the checkout adds a fee to cover the fees and transaction charges that are charged to us by Paypal. There are no fees charged when using Direct Bank Deposit ( Australia Only ).

We are unable to do orders over the Telephone, as we cannot directly process Credit Cards.  We also no longer accept Cheques, Money orders, Telegraphic Transfers, or COD.

ORDERING

The website shopping cart was setup to save us time with processing orders.  The cart can be used for doing your own quotes by adding products to the cart, or placing your order through the checkout.

For security reasons, Internet Browsers will automatically delete products in the shopping cart after 1 hour.  To avoid this, create an account and then make sure that you log into your account before adding products to your cart until you are ready to place the order.

We are unable to do orders over the Telephone, as we cannot directly process Credit or Debit Cards.  We also no longer accept Cheques, Money orders, or COD.

For Australian customers, if you select Direct Debit, you can either do a Bank transfer to our account, or visit any Bendigo Bank and pay at the counter.

For those that don't want to use the shopping cart, please email us a list of the products that you want to order, along with the preferred payment and delivery options.  We will then calculate the total cost including shipping so that you can send payment.  Using this method will create delays to process your order as it has to be done manually.

For the fastest delivery, please use the website shopping cart along with Paypal and Express Post.

DELIVERY (SHIPPING )

We ship all orders via Australia Post, with the option to use Couriers Please in Adelaide metro only.

We Do Not allow any pickup of goods including Click and Collect due to security and the reliability of customers turning up in a set time.

Our Minimum Post, Packaging, and Handling charge is $6.60 for a small Post Pack or DVD mailer up to 125g including packaging weight.

Letter Mail ( available for low value non fragile goods )

Expect >10 business days for capital cities and metro areas, and allow up to an additional 4 business days to regional and rural areas. 

As this is a letter service it is recommended that it is only used for low value non fragile goods. Goods will be packed as well as possible, but we will not cover damage to fragile products like Ferrites or Iron cores. There is no tracking or insurance for letter mail.

Regular Post

2 - 5 business days for capital cities and metro areas.  For regional and rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days.

Express Post

1 - 3 business days for capital cities and metro areas.  For regional and rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days.

Couriers Please

1 - 2 business days for Adelaide metro only.  Regional and rural areas Not Available. Couriers Please only pickup in the mornings before 10AM, so orders need to arrive preferably the day before. Generally a pickup in the morning will be delivered in the afternoon.

Please allow up to 12 hours to process your order upon placement (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, over the weekend or on public holidays will not be processed or shipped until the next business day.

International Sales

ORDERING

We ship all orders via Australia Post Standard or Express ( EMS ).  Before purchasing, Please refer to the Australia Post website for the latest information on International shipping to your country.  Delivery by Couriers including FedEX or DHL are not available as we Do Not have accounts with them.

We Do Not ship to all countries or regions of the world.

DUTIES & TAXES

All international parcels are subject to duties and taxes payable in your country on arrival. Please check your local customs or Postal website for more information.

UK / Ireland

As of January the 1st 2021, there were changes to the Tax system in the UK with regards to low value imports less than £135 (approximately $260 AUD). This means that we can no longer sell goods to the UK that under £135, as we would then be required to collect tax at the point of sale for the HM revenue in the UK. Shipping in the shopping cart will not work and is locked out for goods under $260 AUD.

For goods value to the UK over £135 (approximately $260 AUD), the shopping cart is then activated, but it is then the responsibility of the customer to pay the Vat and any import duty to the Royal mail when their parcel arrives into the UK.  All parcels will include invoicing with the full value of the goods for customs.

The reasons for us not wanting to collect UK taxes, is the costs to implement changes to our website for UK pounds, and costs for accounting and auditing.

EU Countries

On 1 July 2021, the EU will be removing the low-value VAT threshold for eCommerce items. This means all EU-bound eCommerce items will be subject to VAT from 1 July 2021. All items from €0-150 will have VAT, formal clearance and customs clearance fees applied. There is no change for items above the €150 threshold – international customers must still pay VAT and customs duties upon import to the EU. This means that you will have to check the postal website in your country for the Taxes that you have to pay when buying goods from us. As of July 2021 the full value of the goods will be stated on the paper work shipped with the goods.

Please allow up to 12 hours to process your order upon placement (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, over the weekend or on public holidays will not be processed or shipped until the next business day.

DELIVERY ( SHIPPING)

All Goods are sent by Australia Post using their extensive range of services.

Delivery times depend on the shipping zone and customs delays. All goods are packed well in boxes for protection with the appropriate paperwork attached.  All parcels to the EU and UK are supplied with the appropriate invoicing attached.

Due to customs changes worldwide, Mail services no longer allow goods to be shipped as Letter Mail.

Economy Airmail is no longer available as goods cannot be tracked

Standard Airmail ( Most Countries )

20 to 30 working days delivery, Includes Tracking and up to $100 Insurance.

Express Airmail Service ( EMS )

7 to 10 working days delivery, Includes Tracking, up to $100 Insurance and Signature on delivery.

Delivery times depend on the shipping zone and customs delays. 

Mini-Kits will not cover any loss of goods unless Standard or Express Airmail is used.

PAYMENTS

This website accepts payments using Paypal, Credit Cards through Paypal, and Direct Bank Deposit (Select in the Checkout).  You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal.

When using Paypal or Credit Cards, the checkout adds a fee to cover the fees and transaction charges that are charged to us by Paypal. This is disclosed as a Bank fee without GST on the invoice for accounting. Alternatively you can use the paypal invoice as a TAX invoice.  There are no fees charged when using Direct Bank Deposit ( Australia Only ).

30 Day Accounts are not normally available unless you are an Australian School, or University. We will only allow a 30 day account when we have received an official Purchase Order document from your organization.

For Business Orders, goods will need to be paid before we process the order and ship the goods.
