Mitsubishi RA60H1317M1M1A 60 Watt RF MosFET amplifier module for 12.5 vdc mobile Radios that operate in the 136 to 174MHz bands. The RA60H1317M1 modules have a metal shield for lower spurious radiation, and a flat rear mounting flange, and can be used as a replacement for the RA60H1317M plastic package. These modules are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes by adjusting the bias voltage.
