Mitsubishi RA30H1317M1-501 30 Watt RF MosFET amplifier module for 12.5 vdc mobile Radios that operate in the 135 to 175MHz bands. The RA30H1317M1 modules have a metal shield for lower spurious radiation, and a flat rear mounting flange, and can be used as a replacement for the RA30H1317M plastic package and RA30H1317M1-101 suffix modules. These modules are suitable for both non linear FM and Linear SSB type modes by adjusting the bias voltage.
