The complete high performance 3400 MHz Transverter is constructed using four separate Kits, and takes around 12 hours to construct and tune. A large number of SMD components are used to make the Transverter compact and predictable in performance. The design uses Pipe-Cap cavity filters allowing the use of an IF down to 144MHz, which provides high local oscillator rejection and low spurious output. EME3.4-TRV KIT is a basic Kit with a 144 / 432MHz IF that includes the EME3.4G-CV17, EME3.4G-MLT1, EME3.4G-FLT1, and EME3.4G-AMP1, Kits. No connectors or enclosure are included. Requires complete construction and soldering of small SMD components.
For 3400 to 144MHz select the 108.533333MHz crystal, for 3400 to 432MHz select the 98.933333MHz crystal.
Basic Kits Do Not include connectors, miscellaneous hardware, enclosure, and require other Kit products etc. For advanced constructors due to the small SMD components that are used.
