HOW TO ORDER )
Adelaide customers please note, that Goods can only be delivered through the mail system, & we only allow orders that include larger sizes of coaxial cable to be picked up from our Business address. Pickups are only available for licensed Hams, & Businesses, no private buyers. Orders for pickup require you organize a pickup time & must be paid for before picking up. For the fastest service, please use Email ordering, Internet Banking or Paypal, & Express Post. Please do not Fax orders through & then ask us to contact you, Please use the email system. We prefer all orders to be Emailed to us, as we can provide a much faster service. Alternatively your order can be Postal Mailed to us, along with a Cheque or Australia Post Money Order, payable to Mini-Kits, at P.O. Box 368 Enfield Plaza, South Australia, 5085. We Do Not accept any Orders over the Telephone, as we Do Not have direct Credit Card facilities. If you have Internet Banking, then email your Purchase Order to us, & we will email you back with the total cost including our Bank information, for easy direct payment into our account. If you have a Paypal account, then Please email your Purchase Order to us, & we will quote the total amount to pay with your Credit Card through www.paypal.com.au Total cost of your Purchase Order will be multiplied by 2.5% & then $0.30 cents added to cover Paypal's transaction fees. ( This applies to Australian Sales only not international ) PLEASE NOTE: For Australian Customers, all prices on this WEB site Include 10% GST on all Products & Services. Quantities of items supplied may be changed if incorrect prices are supplied on your Order, or if Post & Packaging has not been included with your Order. Our minimum Post & Packaging charge by standard post is now $7.50 for all orders big or small. WE WILL NO LONGER SEND SMALL PARTS ORDERS FOR LESS THAN $7.50, AS THE AMOUNT ONLY JUST COVERS OUR BUSINESS RUNNING COSTS, & POSTAL CHARGES. We have a number of options available below for delivery to every Australian state.
Most Orders are despatched next day, but please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing & delivery of your Order. If there is a delay due to a backorder on a Kit or components, you will be advised by Email to the delay & expected time of delivery. Prices & Availability is subject to change & can be checked before ordering. All Kits & Component prices, can be checked by viewing the Products Page. Generally everything on the website is in stock.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ( HOW TO ORDER ) For International Orders, Please Email a list of part numbers along with the website prices for a Quote & Availability on Products before Ordering. All Prices including standard Airmail shipping will then be sent to you by Email. Our preferred payment is through www.paypal.com Paypal makes it very easy to pay in many currencies, & does all the calculations for you. 1. Mini-Kits calculates the export Pricing for using Paypal by using the website prices less 5% & then adding the delivery Airmail costs. Extra Fees for Taxes or Import Duty may be added by Customs in your particular Country. Please provide any duty free Tariff numbers if you have them. 2. Payment can also be made by posting a bank Draft ( Cheque ), in AUD, (Australian Dollars) made out to Mini-Kits to our post office box. A 10% discount on the quoted prices excluding freight / Airmail applies if you post a bank draft ( cheque ) for the correct amount in AUD. 3. Direct Bank Debit, ( SWIFT ) transfer is no longer available as the service is generally unreliable & very slow. Please consider setting up a Paypal account. 4. Payment in other exchange rates other than AUD will not be accepted by mail, & will be posted back. This is due to exchange rate losses & costs that Mini-Kits would have to incur to convert to AUD in Australia. 5. All products & quantities must be confirmed before ordering. If you want to change the quantities, or delete or add products, then please email us so that we can change your Quote. 6. Buyers may be asked to disclose the end use of the product before we will sell to them. Some products are not able to be sold into some countries as they have export restrictions. We no longer sell to businesses who intend to resell our products. Mini-Kits only sells direct to the end use customer. 7. Airmail Postal Rates including packaging charges are based on the the weight of the products & the destination Country. Airmail rates are generally between $14.50 to $22 AUD for 0.25kg to 0.5kg weight. Small products that are thin & light are sent in post packs for $8.00 AUD. 8. Goods can also be sent by Registered mail or International courier at extra cost. Please refer to the Australia Post website for options to your country. 9. Postal times Airmailed from Australia are generally fast to the USA, UK, & NZ, but generally there can be some long delays to some European countries including Italy of up to 10 weeks. Delays are generally due to slower mail systems or customs delays. Please provide any duty free Tariff numbers if you have them. 10. Mini-Kits recommends that you Insure the goods from losses if they are over $200 AUD in value. Mini-Kits will not cover any lost goods that are not insured. With some countries Insurance is not available on some delivery services. Any non delivery of goods should be reported to Mini-Kits to investigate before making any claims through the Paypal system. ORDERS
AUSTRALIAN BUSINESSES OR GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS
( HOW TO ORDER ) Adelaide customers please note, that Goods can only be delivered through the mail system, & we do not allow goods to be picked up from our Business address. The Minimum Courier Delivery & Processing Costs for Business Customers is $14.00 for up to 500g weight. If you are Ordering In Stock Items for Immediate Delivery, along with Special Order Items which have to be Built, then two Purchase Orders along with separate Delivery costs should be sent. 30 Day Accounts are only available to Government Departments, Schools, Universities etc. Purchase Orders will be accepted by Email, Fax or Post. Credit Card facilities are not available unless you can pay through a Paypal account. A 2.5% & then $0.30 cents charge is added to the total cost to cover transaction fees applies to Paypal transactions. Businesses need to either send payment by Direct Debit, Cheque or Money Order. Direct Debit details are available by email. When Ordering Large Quantities of Built Products, or for Bulk orders of Components, Please Call or email to ask for a Quotation on Price, & Estimated Delivery Time. Depending on the work load at the time, I may not be able to supply Built Products. Please Note that the Prices shown for Built Kits are for Experimenters only, & have a discounted Labour cost to help them out. Purchase Orders for Specially Built Products that have already been built within the Quoted Delivery time & then Cancelled, are subject to being Invoiced for any costs incurred by Mini-Kits. Any Changes in Specifications for a Built Product from the original Quotation or Purchase Order, may be subject to extra charges being Invoiced. For Regular Purchases of Kits & Components, Businesses, Schools, Universities may send a purchase order along with payment by Cheque or Money order & pay $10.00 for Express Post Delivery. We can no longer send by standard post to Schools Universities etc, as packages can go missing when delivered. You can however have a standard package delivered to a private mail address provided that you send our Invoice to the accounts section of your organization. The above does not apply for purchases that require 30 day payments & extra invoices posted separately to accounts for processing. A minimum charge of $14.00 applies.
POSTAL DELIVERY ( SHIPPING ) & INSURANCE AUSTRALIAN PURCHASES All standard orders in Australia are sent by Australia Post Mail uninsured. The risk to Goods is not the responsibility of Mini-Kits once they have been delivered to Australia Post. Goods then become the responsibility of the Customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier. Australia Post supplies a very reliable & low cost service. Australia Post can also offer Registered Post, & Courier Delivery if required at extra cost. We recommend Australia Post Express Bags as they are generally next day delivery & are tracked. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES All International Orders are sent by Australia Post Airmail to your Post Box. Australia Post Air Mail is uninsured. Australia Post offers a very fast & reliable service in Australia. The risk of your Goods is not the responsibility of Mini-Kits once they have been delivered to Australia Post. Goods then become the responsibility of the Customer. Some countries do not have a mail delivery service & customers will have to provide a post office address for delivery. Some countries will not accept commercial goods without an import document attached to the package. To view your countries postal requirements visit the Australia Post web site. Australia Post may not have any way of tracking lost mail once it has left Australia. This Service is much lower cost compared with an International Courier, e.g. Fed Ex, UPS etc. As an alternative we can ship by EMS International Couriers at a higher cost to most countries.
GST COMPLIANCE Mini-Kits is GST Registered, & issues a Tax Invoice in accordance with the ( ATO ), Australian Taxation Office guidelines, & the Invoice will show the GST separately. For all goods sold on or after the 1st of July 2000, will include GST at the rate of 10% on all Products & Services. This also includes Post & Packaging, Delivery, & Labour Charges which are now subject to GST. All Prices have been adjusted in accordance with the ACCC's guidelines. Many suppliers have increased prices to cover GST compliance costs. Prices EX GST shown on Invoices, are calculated to two decimal places only due to Software restrictions. Exports are not subject to GST.
