) AUSTRALIAN PURCHASES ( HOW TO ORDER ) PLEASE NOTE: For Australian Customers, all prices on this WEB site Include 10% GST on all Products & Services. We Do Not accept any Orders over the Telephone as we Do Not have direct Credit Card facilities. Read below on how you can pay easily through Paypal All Orders must either be Emailed, Mailed or Faxed to us. PLEASE NOTE: THAT AUSTRALIA POST HAS INCREASED PRICES BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2007 & HAS JUST INCREASED PRICES IN JULY 2008. WE HAVE NOT INCREASED PRICES FOR 12 MONTHS & HAVE HAD TO INCREASE PRICES ACCORDINGLY TO COVER OUR COSTS. WE REGRET THIS, BUT WE WILL STILL QUOTE LOWER POSTAL PRICING ON SMALL ORDERS THAT EASILY FIT INTO A SMALL POST PACK ENVELOPE. Quantities of items supplied may be changed if incorrect prices are supplied on your Order, or if $7.50 Post & Packaging has not been included with your Order. We quite often Quote less than $7.50 minimum post by Email on small items like Transistors etc that can easily be fitted into a post pack. For Customers wanting to pay by Direct Debit, we accept Orders by email. Please email your Order & we will reply to confirm your order along with our Direct Debit details. Mini-Kits accepts Credit Card Orders through Paypal only, but total cost must be multiplied by 2.5% & then add $0.30c to cover Paypal's transaction fees. ( This applies to Australian Sales only not international ) Please email for our Paypal details. For Mail orders send a Cheque or Money order payable to Mini-Kits at P.O. Box 368 Enfield Plaza, South Australia, 5085. Post & packaging by standard post is $7.50 for all orders big or small. For Direct Debit details Please Email. We have a number of options available below for delivery to every Australian state.
Most Orders are despatched next day, but please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing & delivery of your Order. If there is a delay due to a backorder on a Kit or components, you will be advised by Email to the delay & expected time of delivery. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ( HOW TO ORDER ) Please refer to the Australia Post Web site to check what delivery services are available to your country. Mini-Kits will not cover any lost goods that are not insured. With some countries Insurance is not available on some delivery services. For International Orders, Please Email a list of part numbers along with the AUD prices for a Quote & Availability on Products before Ordering. All Prices including shipping will then be sent to you by Email. 1. Goods & Sales Tax, ( GST ) is not applicable for Export outside of Australia, however Prices will still be the same as on the WEB site to cover International Bank Currency & Transaction Fees. Extra Fees for Taxes or Import Duty may be added by Customs in your particular Country. 2. Buyers may be asked to disclose the end use of the product before we will sell to them. Some products are not able to be sold into some countries as they have export restrictions. We no longer sell to businesses who intend to resell our products. Mini-Kits only sells direct to the end use customer. 3. Our prefered payment is through www.paypal.com by credit card. If you would like to pay this way. The prices on the WEB site apply less approximatelly 5% to cover PAYPAL & Bank transaction fees. Please email Mini-Kits before transferring any funds through Paypal. We will then email you a quote with the total cost of the goods including Airmail. 4. Payment can also be made by posting a bank Draft ( Cheque ), in AUD, (Australian Dollars) to our post box. A 10% discount on the quoted prices excluding freight / Airmail applies if you post a bank draft ( cheque ) for the correct amount in AUD. 5. Direct Bank Debit, ( SWIFT ) transfer is available for UK & USA Custromers Only. SWIFT transfers are no longer available to EURO countries due to the long time delays to transfer money into our account. To get a 5% discount on quoted prices, customers must pay for all bank transaction fees & send the correct amount in AUD. In some countries, banks charge higher fees for transaction & conversion to USD & then to AUD. A minimum order of $150 AUD applies. Please email for Mini-Kits direct debit SWIFT account information. 6. Payment in other exchange rates other than AUD will not be accepted by mail, & will be posted back. This is due to exchange rate losses & costs that Mini-Kits would have to incur to convert to AUD in Australia. 7. All products & quantities must be confirmed before ordering. Please Do Not add more products or extra Quantities to your order after prices & availability has been confirmed. 8. Airmail Postal Rates are based on the number of products that you order, & the weight of the products & the current prices from Australia Post. Delivery is by Australia Post Airmail to your country. Postal times Airmailed from Australia are fast, but no guarantees to how long it takes in some Countries to your Post Box. Postal cost will depend on the weight of the Order, but is usually between $14 to $22 AUD for 0.25kg to 0.5kg weight. 10. Price Quotation & Availability is valid for 7 days. INTERNATIONAL

AUSTRALIAN BUSINESSES OR GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS
The Minimum Courier Delivery & Processing Costs for Business Customers is $16.00 for up to 500g weight. If you are Ordering In Stock Items for Immediate Delivery, along with Special Order Items which have to be Built, then two Purchase Orders along with separate Delivery costs should be sent. 30 Day Accounts are available to Government Departments, Schools, Universities etc. Purchase Orders will be accepted by Fax or Post. Credit Card facilities are not available unless you can pay through a Paypal account. A 5% levy to cover transaction fees applies to Paypal transactions. Businesses need to either send a Cheque or Money Order. Direct Debit details are available by email. When Ordering Large Quantities of Built Products, or for Bulk orders of Components, Please Call or email to ask for a Quotation on Price, & Estimated Delivery Time. Depending on the work load at the time, I may not be able to supply Built Products. Please Note that the Prices shown for Built Kits are for Experimenters only, & have a discounted Labour cost to help them out. Purchase Orders for Specially Built Products that have already been built within the Quoted Delivery time & then Cancelled, are subject to being Invoiced for any costs incurred by Mini-Kits. Any Changes in Specifications for a Built Product from the original Quotation or Purchase Order, may be subject to extra charges being Invoiced. For Regular Purchases of Kits & Components, Businesses, Schools, Universitiys may send a purchase order along with payment by Cheque or Money order & pay $9.50 for Express Post Delivery. We can no longer send by normal post to Schools Universities etc as packages can go missing when delivered. You can however have a package delivered to a private mail address for the minimum charge of $7.00 provided that you send payment information to the accounts section of your organisation. The above does not apply for purchases that require 30 day payments & extra invoices sent to accounts for processing. A minimum charge of $16.00 applies. POSTAL DELIVERY ( SHIPPING ) & INSURANCE AUSTRALIAN PURCHASES All standard orders in Australia are sent by Australia Post Mail uninsured. The risk to Goods is not the responsibility of Mini-Kits once they have been delivered to Australia Post. Goods then become the responsibility of the Customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier. Australia Post supplies a very reliable & low cost service. Australia Post can also offer Registered Post, & Courier Delivery if required at extra cost. We recommend Australia Post Express Bags as they are generally next day delivery & are tracked. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES All International Orders are sent by Australia Post Airmail to your Post Box. Australia Post Air Mail is uninsured. Australia Post offers a very fast & reliable service in Australia. The risk of your Goods is not the responsibility of Mini-Kits once they have been delivered to Australia Post. Goods then become the responsibility of the Customer. Some countries do not have a mail delivery service & customers will have to provide a post office address for delivery. Some countries will not accept commercial goods without an import document attached to the package. To view your countries postal requirements visit the Australia Post web site. Australia Post may not have any way of tracking lost mail once it has left Australia. This Service is much lower cost compared with an International Courier, e.g. FedEx, UPS etc. As an alternative
we can ship by EMS International Couriers at a higher cost to most countries.
GST COMPLIANCE Mini-Kits is GST Registered, & issues a Tax Invoice in accordance with the ( ATO ), Australian Taxation Office guidelines, & the Invoice will show the GST separately. For all goods sold on or after the 1st of July 2000, will include GST at the rate of 10% on all Products & Services. This also includes Post & Packaging, Delivery, & Labour Charges which are now subject to GST. All Prices have been adjusted in accordance with the ACCCs guidelines. Many suppliers have increased prices to cover GST compliance costs. Prices EX GST shown on Invoices, are calculated to two decimal places only due to Software restrictions. Exports are not subject to GST.
