The RA-HF Mitsubishi amplifier Kit is suitable for most RA series modules up to 60W that use either the HS2 or H2M package. The construction notes supplied are specifically written to suit the specifications of the RA30H0608M 30 Watt module. Mini-Kits currently stock the M suffix modules that have a plastic cover and produce a second harmonic level of -25dBc. The Kit is suitable for both linear SSB, AM and non linear FM modes. The 2nd Harmonic from the plastic cased M suffix modules are around -25dBc, so you will require a suitable Low Pass Filter like the Mini-Kits LPF7-54M KIT to comply with local country regulations.
Please Note: For most applications using FM, You will require a large Heat sink with at least a rating of 0.67 degrees C per watt. Mini-Kits suggests the use of a fan assisted Pentium P4 heat-sink that can be readily found in surplus computer shops.

RA-HF KIT1 is a Basic Kit that includes the PC board, Instructions, and all on board components. Requires complete construction and soldering of SMD components.
RA-HF PCB Only includes the PC board and Kit construction notes.
Modules Option: These are the available modules that suit this Kit. Please select the type when ordering the Kit.Kits Do Not include the RF module, heat-sink, connectors or miscellaneous hardware. If you want to use this Kit with modules with a different frequency range, then you will have to modify the Low Pass Filter to suit.
