Payment and Shipping Options

The Shipping cost is based on the thickness and weight of the goods that you add to the shopping cart, plus the calculated packaging weight. Payment options available depend on the country that you are resident in. It is the customers responsibility to select an appropriate shipping type for the value of the goods, and the required delivery time when purchasing. Paypal and Credit Cards through the Paypal website are available to most countries. Cheque, Money Order, or Direct Debit is Only available to Australian Customers. Telegraphic or Direct Bank transfers are no longer available to international customers due to high Bank fees.

PAYMENTS

This website accepts payments by Paypal, Credit Cards through Paypal, Direct Debit, Cheques, and Money Orders. The type of Payment can be selected in the checkout. We Do Not accept Direct Credit Card payments by email, telephone, or COD.

If you have a Verified Paypal account or a credit card, then you can easily pay directly from our website. We charge a small 2% fee, plus 0.30c transaction fee on the total amount in the checkout to cover Paypal's transaction Fees.

ORDERS

Please use the shopping cart on this website to either do your own quote, or an order. Once you set up an account and fill in your details, then you are easily able to check the options available for shipping including the costs, and also save orders as pending. Payments using Paypal or Credit card through the Paypal website are instant, and we will ship the goods straight away. If you select other payment options including Direct Debit, Cheque or Money Order, then the order is saved as pending until we receive you payment into our Bank account. Goods will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment along with a confirmation email.

For the fastest delivery, please use the website shopping cart along with Paypal and Express Post.

For those that don't want to use the shopping cart on this website, please email us a list of the products that you want to order. We will then calculate the total cost including shipping so that you can send payment. We prefer that you also indicate the type of payment and also the type of delivery you require.

We Do Not accept any credit card orders over the Telephone as we Do Not have Direct Credit card facilities.

If you want to pay by Cheque or Money Order, then it can be Posted with your Order to Mini-Kits P.O. Box 686 Prospect East, South Australia, 5082. Cheques and Money Orders should be made payable to Mini-Kits.

DELIVERY

Most goods are sent Australia wide by Australia Post.
No local pickup of goods are available

Large or Heavy goods may be sent by Courier, POA

Our Minimum Post, Packaging, and Handling charge by standard post is $5.95 for a small Post Pack or DVD mailer <20mm thick. and up to 125g including packaging weight. These are suitable for non fragile Parts and small Kits only. No Toroids, coaxial connectors, as they are too fragile, and or too thick and heavy.

We have a number of options available below that can all be selected in the checkout of this website. Please use the shopping cart to automatically calculate the shipping cost to your state. Courier delivery is however only available POA by email.

Please note, that the store checkout knows the weight of the packaging boxes etc that we use, and calculates the shipping based on the total weight of the goods plus packaging.

Mini-Kits will not cover any loss or damage to goods if sent by Letter mail.

Registered Post POA

Available for $3.20 per package but does not include Insurance. For Insurance the cost is an additional $1.50 per $100 value of the goods or part thereof. We recommend Express Post as its more effective.

Couriers Please

We now offer Couriers Please delivery for the Adelaide region between postcodes 5000 to 5174, with Full Tracking.

This is a fast same or next day service depending on when your order is processed and when the goods are picked up for delivery. Goods picked up in the morning are normally delivered late afternoon on the same day. This is ideal for the delivery of large and heavy products like coaxial cable. This service includes Signature on delivery and Goods Tracking. We can also provide this service to interstate customers POA

Free Local Delivery

To Adelaide Postcodes 5081 to 5085 between 9am and 4pm.

We Do Not allow pickup or door sales of any goods from our business address.

Local Free Delivery is Only available to customers in the 5081 to 5085 postcodes. We will deliver the same or next day direct to your letter box or doorstep, depending on workload between 9 am and 4 pm weekdays. Minimum goods order value is $10.00This is selectable in the checkout only for those customers at selected post codes that are within the free delivery area.

International Sales

All Goods are sent by Australia Post using their extensive range of services.

Our minimum charge by Airmail Post is $8.00 for a Small Letter Pack or DVD mailer <20mm thick and up to 125g weight. These are suitable for non fragile Parts, and small Kits only.

We have a number of options available below for delivery to most countries. The pricing is typical to EU countries including France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Please use the shopping cart to automatically calculate the shipping cost to your country.

We no longer are offering a courier delivery service due to the very high price increases. Registered Airmail is also no longer available and has mostly been replaced by the Standard Airmail that includes tracking.

We apologize for Australia Posts excessive charges and limited weight categories, but we have no control over this. It is best if you try and combine purchases with others to get close to the maximum weight for each shipping charge for the best value for money.

ORDERS

If you want to use Paypal or your credit card through the Paypal website, then please use the shopping cart on this website to order goods. If you require a Quotation before placing an order, you can either use the shopping cart and add the shipping cost etc and print the quote, or you can email or FAX Mini-Kits on 08 82610079 for us to supply an official quote and payment details.

PAYMENTS

We accept Direct Bank transfers, Cheques, Money Orders, Papal, and credit card payments through the Papal website. We Do Not accept Direct Credit Card payments, or COD.

30 Day Accounts are only available to Australian Government Organizations including, Departments, Schools, Universities, and some approved Businesses. We will only allow a 30 day account when we have received an official Purchase Order document from your organization.

For Business Orders, goods will need to be paid before we ship the goods either by Direct Debit, Cheque or Money Order. Organizations and Businesses that buy from us regularly, we will generally ship the same or next day. Direct Debit details are available by mail.
