The 2.4GHz FM Video transmitter has a tune-able frequency range of 2250 to 2600MHz and produces high quality PAL video, or an optional component kit can be used for NTSC and is ideal for ATV. The design has an on board Video Amplifier and Pre-emphasis, and uses a buffer amplifier to give up to +5dBm output. For Audio there is the option to use the EME158 Audio sub-carrier Kit that is available for either 5.5, 6.0, or 6.5MHz. The transmitter allows the connection of an external EME161 PLL Kit for frequency control, but can also be used free running as the VCO is stable enough to be used without a PLL.
